We are former association executives and seasoned meeting professionals. Our extensive experience in program development, speaker management, and event marketing provides us a unique perspective to serve all of Cornerstone's clients. We focus on building collaborative relationships and strive to make all of our professional endeavors a "win" for everyone involved.
Andria Younger, a certified meeting professional, has more than 12 years of experience managing meetings, coordinating speakers and negotiating contracts. She earned a BS in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. She is active in American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Association of Meeting Professionals and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
Jane Esparza has 15 years of experience with associations, plus another 10 with government and corporate organizations. She has worked with over 800 speakers, trainers, facilitators, and panelists. Audiences laud her ability to define their needs and develop programs that exceed expectations. Speakers find her support and insights invaluable in their quest to be the best they can. A graduate of Harding University, she earned a BA in Educational Media. She is the author of Cornerstone Speakers e-publications and resource materials. She, too, is a member of ASAE and PCMA.
Andria and Jane formed Cornerstone Speakers with several basic business goals in mind:
