Susan Annunzio is a strategic advisor and leading management consultant for top global business leaders ready to rethink and retool their companies. Previously, Annunzio ran the research-based high performance consulting subsidiary of Hudson Highland Group, Inc., one of the world's leading professional staffing and talent management companies. Under her direction Hudson conducted the most exhaustive study of knowledge workers ever—ground-breaking research on factors that accelerate or stifle high performance. Susan has presented this study to audiences like the World Economic Forum, Culture and Change at the University of Greenwich, and the International Conference on Knowledge.

Susan is also an Adjunct Professor of Management at University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a regular guest lecturer at INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau, France. A true thought-leader, Susan is the respected author of several business books. Her most recent and widely acclaimed book, Contagious Success: Spreading High Performance Throughout Your Organization, reveals a global standard for high-performing workgroups that can be replicated in any organization. In January 2005, Fast Company named the book their Reader's Choice selection. In 2002, she penned two titles: Evolutionary Leadership: Dynamic Ways to Make Your Corporate Culture Fast and Flexible and eLeadership: Proven Techniques for Creating an Environment of Speed and Flexibility in the Digital Economy. In the early 1990's Susan co-authored her first business book, Communicoding, which teaches concrete, easily adopted skills to help people to respect various viewpoints and engage people in more effective and profitable communications.
