As the president of the coaching firm, The Egan Group, Inc. and the productivity company, Egan Email Solutions, she offers clients tools to master the intangibles of success and enhance their efficiency.

An International Coach Federation-certified coach, Marsha is a recipient of the prestigious ATHENA Foundation Award for exemplary leadership.
