Daniel earned a degree in business from Michigan State University before launching his career as a congressional liaison. But it wasn't long before he set a goal of an MBA and enrolled at Atlanta University. After earning his Masters, Daniel spent the next decade succeeding as a National Account Manager for corporate giants Dow Chemical and DamailerChrysler.
It was only a matter of time before Daniel was drawn into the training and development industry. He began working with Tony Robbins, where his natural gifts flourished and his significant talents were honed. As a speaker, in 2004, he was voted MVP of the Huthwaite Corporation, one of the nation's most prestigious consultative sales training organizations. A year later, Daniel was chosen by Google to be the company's dedicated sales training consultant.
An insider into excellence for close to two decades, Daniel has learned what works (and what doesn't) both in the field and in the boardroom. He developed his STEP UP! system, and authored a book by the same name, by combining various best practices of successful business teams.
