Kevin O'Connor is an author, executive coach, businessman and consummate speaker. With style and humor he addresses profitability and bottom line issues with a wide variety of business audiences. He specializes in working with professionals—particularly those in a technical arena, like engineers, IT experts and medical professionals—who have been promoted to leadership and sales positions where they now lead and influence their former peers. Kevin has helped thousands develop and fine-tune their leadership and management skills. He also teaches graduate students at Loyola University and Columbia College, Chicago's Performing Arts School.

In 2002, Kevin authored Profit-Ability: Leading Teams to a Better Bottom Line. Last year his new book, Present Like a Pro: The Field Guide to Mastering the Art of Business, co-authored with colleague Cyndi Maxey, was released to rave reviews.
In the last 30 years, Kevin has addressed well over 3,000 audiences around the world. His clients include organization such as The American College of Physician Executives, Allstate Insurance, Motorola, Novartis, Abbott Labs, AMGEN, Boston Consulting Group, Professional Women in Healthcare, U.S. Air Force, U. With graduate degrees in Education, Counseling Psychology and Spirituality, Kevin's corporate experience is concentrated on the challenges of leadership, business relationships, and the effectiveness of teams.
