Graham Webb, one of England's renown entrepreneurs, has become a household name and a giant in the beauty industry. Today, the man who remains the figurehead of Graham Webb products, salons and academies, is also a popular speaker and best-selling author. His book, Out of the Bottle, tells of suffering, purpose, and overcoming daunting obstacles—it tells the story of a young dropout who builds a multi-million dollar empire.

Webb, born and raised in less-than-fashionable South London, battled secret medical problems from infancy into adulthood. Born with a debilitating birth defect, he wasn't diagnosed until he was 33. School was such an ordeal that by the age of 15 he dropped out. After leaving school, Webb sent out 62 job application letters for sales positions—he received 62 rejections. The only person willing to give him a chance was a barber in need of an apprentice.

In his early 20's, Webb opened his fi rst salon. His career was taking off, but his physical condition was deteriorating. Ten years later there was a string of successful salons and, finally, the diagnosis of Spina Bifida. Over the next 20 years Webb grew his business and found success and acclaim in his industry…he also visited many doctors and underwent several operations.

In 2002, Webb sold his hair product line to Wella—the line was #4 in America at the time. He stills serves the company as its goodwill ambassador. An instinctive entrepreneur, Webb shares messages which resonant with countless people. He wrote Out of the Bottle because "part of me wanted to look back over my shoulder and assess the stumbles and leaps I've made in my life. I hoped my story would help people—not just those with spina bifi da, but would-be entrepreneurs." Indeed, reactions to his book—as well as his live programs—are remarkable.
